Goldfrapp - Cologne Cerrone Houdini

Everybody should be listening to this song because it's splendiferous and I can't stop listening (and I don't want to be alone in this).

I think Goldfrapp should do the song for the next James Bond movie. Because srsly - this current one, Another Way to Die or whatever, was crap. I like Jack White, and Alicia Keys is okay, but together they're just a crapstorm. Goldfrapp would be beyond awesome.

Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral
Gritty, violent, emotional, sexual, experimentally industrial, and contains some of my absolute favorite lyrics. This is the album I hid under my mattress when my parents threw the Marilyn Manson CDs in the trash. Ha.

Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness
Soundtrack of my formative years. It could be argued that this was a project drowning in delusions of grandeur, but, in my opinion, it exceeded even those delusions. It deserved the 1996 Grammy, and Celine Dion should go fuck herself and hand it over.
